This module requires Two (2) input voltages. For the drive module, the AC input voltage range is 324-528V rms, three-phase with nominal range of 360-480VAC while for the control circuitry, the input voltage requirement is 95-264Vrms, single-phase with nominal range of 110-240V rms.
This Integrated Axis Module (IAM) has a power dissipation range of 94 Watts @ 20%; 130 Watts @ 40%; 169 Watts @ 60%; 211 Watts @ 80 % and 255 Watts @ 100% utilization. Taking into consideration the power dissipation, the 2094-BC04-M03 must be properly mounted by following the required minimum spacing requirements or mounting clearances. For the 2094-BC04-M03, the top and bottom shall be left with 50.8 mm or 2-inch space to allow natural cooling and provide adequate workspace for maintenance and troubleshooting. Additionally, this IAM must be mounted in upright position only in an industrial enclosure with minimum depth of 272 mm or 10.7 in. For electrical noise reduction, this module may be bonded to the panel by means of a subpanel that is made of zinc plated or paint free steel.
